1. Return and exchange of defective or incorrectly delivered products

We take every precaution regarding the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or dirty,
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can respond as soon as possible.
We will check the product details and contact you regarding the exchange method, then proceed with the return or exchange immediately.

In this case, we will cover the fees for returns and exchanges.
We would appreciate it if you could contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.



2. Returns due to customer convenience


If there is no problem with the product and you wish to return it for your own reasons, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product.
We will check the return details and contact you with the return address.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and if shipping is free, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that if the product packaging or product is damaged, we may charge you the actual cost separately.


Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases.
· Used products · Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer · Products that have been processed or remodeled by the customer · Products that have lost the original product label · Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago · Damaged clothing such as knitwear · Swimsuits, underwear, hygiene products such as masks · Sale and outlet products



3. Exchange at customer's convenience

Please go through the return process and, if there is an item you would like, purchase a new one.

In either case, please be sure to contact us before returning the item.
The return method varies depending on the item, such as simultaneous collection or return by the customer, so we will confirm the details and inform you of the return method.
