Products & Shipping

Our store operates three types of products: immediate delivery products, order products, and pre-order products .

  • Ready-to-ship items

For in-stock items, payment will take approximately 3 to 6 business days to be completed.

  • Ordered Items

Ordered items will take approximately 12 to 15 business days to be processed. Once your order is automatically reflected in our order system, we will check the stock with the overseas manufacturer and place an order, so we cannot accept cancellations or product changes (color, size, etc.) after the order has been accepted. Please note this in advance.

  • Pre-order items

Pre-order items are a way to order special brand items through advance orders for a limited time. After payment is completed, delivery will be completed within the delivery period notified in advance. Since orders are placed with overseas manufacturers immediately after the order period closes, cancellations or product changes (color, size, etc.) cannot be accepted after the order period closes.


*No customs duties or additional fees will be charged at the time of ordering.
*Shipping delays may occur due to reasons such as busy warehouses or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.

  • Shipping fee information
  1. Shipping fee: 660 yen (tax not included: 600 yen). Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.
  2. Delivery company: Yamato Transport, Japan Post

○The following shipping charges will be added for Okinawa and remote islands.
○ Okinawa 1,485 yen (tax-excluded price 1,350 yen), remote islands 495 yen (tax-excluded price 450 yen)

*Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
*If the total amount falls below 7,000 yen (tax included) after using the coupon, additional shipping charges will apply.
*If you are not at home, the delivery company will notify you by sending an absence notice. Long-term parts and materials that have been shipped for more than 7 days will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Items that have reached the storage period will be discarded and will not be eligible for reshipment, refunds, or any other support under any circumstances.
