Our store operates three types of products: in-stock products, back-order products, and pre-order products .

  • Ready-to-ship items

Immediate delivery of items will take 2-3 business days from the date of payment completion.

  • Backordered items

For back-ordered items, shipping will take 7-20 business days from the date of payment completion. Once your order is automatically reflected in our order system, we will check the stock with the overseas manufacturer and place an order, so we cannot accept cancellations or product changes (color, size, etc.) after the order has been accepted. Please note this in advance. If it will take more than 15 business days to ship, we will contact you in advance.

  • Pre-order items

Pre-order items are a way to receive pre-orders for a limited time, and then order special items from the brand after the pre-order period has ended. After payment is completed, the item will be shipped within the delivery period notified in advance. As orders are placed with overseas manufacturers immediately after the order deadline, we cannot accept cancellations or product changes (color, size, etc.) after the order deadline. Thank you for your understanding.


*No customs duties or additional fees will be charged at the time of ordering.
*Shipping may be delayed due to reasons such as busy warehouses or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.

  • Shipping fee information
  1. Shipping fee: 660 yen (tax not included: 600 yen). Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.
  2. Delivery companies: Yamato Transport, Japan Post Yu-Pack, etc.

○The following shipping charges will be added for Okinawa and remote islands.
○ Okinawa 1,485 yen (tax-excluded price 1,350 yen), remote islands 495 yen (tax-excluded price 450 yen)

*Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
*If the total amount falls below 10,000 yen (tax included) after using the coupon, additional shipping charges will apply.
*If you are absent, the delivery company will contact you by sending an absence notification. If you are absent for a long period of time and more than 7 days have passed since the shipping date, the product will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Once the storage period has expired, the product will be discarded and will not be reshipped or refunded under any circumstances.
