Monmonde Pad was born from the inconvenience of changing diapers when we were out and about. We created Monmonde Pad by collecting the best parts of various products we tried while raising our children.
The most important feature is the diaper pocket inside the beautiful pouch shape.
It is easy to carry, and just remove the button and shake it gently to unfold it fully, so you can easily unfold it with one hand even while holding a baby.
The inside of the Monmonde Pad is made from organic cotton terry cloth, as it comes into contact with baby's skin.
Organic cotton is more expensive than regular toweling, but we chose this better material for the sake of babies. We also chose not to waterproof it, so that it would not feel cold to your baby's skin, and to take advantage of its soft feel.
The designers actually used the prototype and made numerous refinements to it, resulting in the current Monmonde Pad.
